This is Molly, a very special kitty, indeed. She belonged to my next door neighbor's Mom who could no longer live in her own home due to health problems. Her greatest worry was what would happen to her companion for the last seven years. Knowing I was a soft touch, my neighbor asked me if I would be willing to take Molly to "just see" if she would get along with the rest of my herd, which would also give her Mom some peace of mind. Well, we all know how that goes, right? She hated my other cats. This was two years ago and Molly STILL absolutely HATES the other cats and I don't see that changing any time soon. She tolerates Sugar, my dog, and she absolutely LOVES me. Fortunately, the other cats have adjusted to her and pretty much scatter when they see her coming and seem to be OK with that. This little girl is a remarkable creature. She is EXTREMELY bright and she talks. Yes, folks, you read that right, she talks, I don't know what else to call it. If I can figure out how to do it, I'll put some sound bites here. I guarantee you, it is the funniest thing you'll ever hear. For whatever reason, she loves to nap on the dryer, but only when it's running. This is what she was doing when I took this picture.
