This is Tom and me. I'm the one on the bottom :) I lost my sweet boy to Pancreatitus in 1986 and I still miss him terribly. He provided an endless source of entertainment, he was such a clown.

This is Munchkin, my newest family member. The morning following a 14+ inch snowfall, a good friend of mine called and told me there was a kitten under one of the cars in her apartment complex parking lot crying her little heart out. Cats are not allowed in this complex, yet there were tenents who tried to keep them anyway and she suspected that one of them got caught and just put her out. (I could really hurt people like that!) Because she couldn't keep her, she asked if I would take her until I found a good home for her. Again, we all know how that goes! Needless to say, with five cats and one dog I either have to 'just say no', get a bigger bed or sleep on the floor. Anyone know of any good deals on queen-size mattresses and box springs?

Description:
Greetings, cat lovers! I just ran across this website by accident and I'm so glad I did! I have been blessed to share my life with many, many amazing animals for the past 56 years, and hopefully, many more. At the present time, I am sharing my life with five cats and one dog. There's JJ who just turned 17, Molly, who is 10, Bobbie and Sox will be three in July and my newest family member, Munchkin. Last but certainly not least, is my baby girl, Sugar. She's half Pom and half poodle, cute as cute can get and she knows it. She was three on March 1st, 2007. Last fall, I lost my soulmate, and JJ's best buddy, Tucker. They were always together. Tucker passed away quietly in his sleep on November 12, 2006, just three weeks shy of his 24th birthday. As much as I miss him, I think it was even harder on JJ. I rescued him from the vet clinic when he was a baby. He also had a sister and brother, but my ex-husband wouldn't let me keep all three. They were brought to the clinic to be put to sleep. Why? They were deaf, that's it, just deaf. It absolutely broke my heart to have to choose between the three of them. Looking back now, I should have gotten rid of my husband way back then and kept the cats!

Both Molly and Munchkin were rescues, also. Molly's Mom developed health problems and had to go to a retirement home. The only thing she could think about was what was going to happen to her precious Molly, so I took her. Someone had dumped Munchkin in the dead of the Minnesota winter. I took her home, knowing I needed another cat like I need a hole in the head, but I fall in love with any animal, usually within 15 minutes. I don't know if there's only a set amount of words, here, so I better quit.
