Taken fall of 2006.
Gentle, timid Tigger-Wigger, my adopted Maine Coon mix. He feels very safe up here on the shelf in the living room. My Mumsy was very patriotic having our dad, one son and daughter in the military and she always wore this hat with great pride. When she passed, my sister sent it to me as a memento and this photo depicts great love for me as well as my siblings. And, given the fact The Tigg was an abused, abandoned shelter cat suffering great anxiety and fear, he now feels comfortable enough in my home to not even open an eye when the camera shutter clicks. I adopted him at 4 years of age and he will be 8 this fall. Tigg was my first adoption through the local shelter and I now have 8 altogether. . .
