About My Kitties!

About My Kitties is a wiki for all the cat 'owners' out there to share a funny story or two about their cat(s).
Anyone can edit this page and add a story, but please don't add any graphic stories!
Please only write your stories in English at this time!
Also, anyone who feels the need to mess this wiki up will be reported to the Guards.

Okay, I'll start this thing off with a story that includes all 5 of my cats ;)
It was a couple years ago, and my mom and I had just gotten home from one of our semi-annual (as in twice a year) shopping trips. We had about fifteen or so plastic bags, and eventually they were all empty in a pile in the diningroom. This interested the cats, and soon three of them were in the pile (Eli, Yoda, and Rosie), and one was nearby (Taxi). All of a sudden, whoosh! Off goes Yoda, play-attacking Eli. They romp around in the pile for a minute, then they leave to go on one of their round-the-house chases. Well, Yoda somehow got his head in one of the loops for the handles, and since he was running, the bag behind him filled with air. He got scared, and sped up. Of course the bag kept up with him, and got bigger and louder. When I finally caught up with him, I wrestled him still and took off the bag, then looked around to inspect the damage. All the cats had found themselves hiding spots, and were bushy-tailed and bushy-backed (even Lola, who has been witnessed to be bushy only twice in her life!). For a few minutes, we couldn't find Rosie anywhere, until I looked in the corner made by the wall and the bookshelf--she was there, hiding, and when I picked her up to take her out and comfort her, she was wet! She had accidentally gone to the bathroom, and not only did I have to scrub out the corner, Rosie had to get a bath. I think that's why she hates Yoda. All the kitties avoid giant bag-piles since then, too. (Poor kitties!)

None of the cats were harmed just really frightened, but it could have turned out bad but didn't
Okay so my niece is annoying, we all know that. It's like she's my sister. Well anyhow when she used to live with us because my brother lived with my mom. We had one of those conferter packages in our bathroom, the plastic zip up kind, worst of all it was empty. So my niece took my cat Smokey and zipped him in there. Thank the all mighty power that my brother had went upstairs. Smokey was meowing and my brother just about freaked and took him out. The bag was wet and so was the cat so he had to get a bath. He looks like a drowned rat when he gets baths. And he's talking to you all the time druring them. Well let's just say my niece got a stern talking to and no one was happy. That happened about a year ago. He's fine thank goodness it didn't turn out bad.

I don't know why I even posted that here, it's not real funny.

2005-04-21 [nokaredes]: Someone write a story already! >.<;

2005-04-23 [bluesoulsearcher]: define graphic, please.

2005-04-23 [nokaredes]: uhm...like violent. Someone told me a story about his friend who set a cat on fire...but that's not the kind I want here. I told mine because none of my cats were hurt (just traumatized, the poor things!)

2005-07-27 [Diabetic Jedi Knight]: Your story about the bags was amusing. Sorry I just had to laugh a few times, even though I don't think the cats liked it much. Poor kittys. :(

2005-07-29 [nokaredes]: No, but they liked the comfort food ;)
