Fish and meat is bad because it's usually cooked with extra salt, and too much is not good for anybody. Also the bones can be a hazard, as cooked bones are very brittle and make hurt the cat it they eat any. (of course, uncooked meat will be harmful too because of the diseases with farm animals).
