Tell him to try
http://cathug.com/ instead of
http://www.cathug.com/ or the opposite.

I thought I fixed this a few days back, and maybe he still have the logged out thing in his cache.

The thing is that browser should not cache that result. Too bad the HTTP-definition didn't said must not, so some clients do cache the result :-(
