This is my father in court. In the news they used a horrible picture of him and so I decided to go through the news video online and freeze frame an actual good picture of him smiling. He was smiling at me:) He made bail later on, on January 10th 2006 for $100,000. He will only be able to be out until the 2nd of June 2006. I will miss him so much when he is gone. His Maximum sentence is 60 years.
