Ah yes...I know what you mean..I seem to throw the cat around the room too when I'm asleep!
Well..not really..but one time he layed on top of my legs and in my sleep I didn't realise it was the cat and in a sort of shockmovement tried to remove the heavy weight of my legs resulting in the cat flying against the steps of the bunkbed! aaahw.. :/
it happened twice I think! but now AI don't sleep in a bunkbed anymore so no cat flying against the steps! lol!
