I tried to upload my photo straight from elfpack. When i did it gave me the message 'image deleted'

I don't understand what you mean with "straight from Elfpack". You can't upload straight from Elfpack, only from your computer. 

Your photo looks just fine now, though.

Thats because i svaed it to my computer and then uploaded it.

So if i were to try and upload from the link
http://www.elfpack.com/img/photo/25_1117994691.jpg
instead of
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop
Why does it tell me that the image is delted?

You can't write a URL there! It's not a file on your computer. That means that your browser just sends "There is no file here?!?" and CatHug thinks you're deleting your current photo.

Do you know anywhere it works to write a URL like that? Not that I want that to be possible, really...
