Well, not the most unpleasant topic. Anyway, one of our cats-- and recently the two oldest ones-- have had this problem where they're blocked, and have trouble urinating... we've been shooting chicken broth with vitamin C as well as "No Fus" tablets crushed up in water into Jasmine, at least, and hiding chunks of tablets in hamburger for Streak. The thing is, it keeps re-occuring if we stop at all. Any ideas?

Have you taken the cats to the vet about it? They propably need a special diet and a vet can help you with that.

we've taken them to the vet numerous times; they can never get a clear test from their urine because of either blood or crystals, so we get special low-ash catfood and occasionally antibiotics

Doesn't sound good at all. Good luck, I hope you find something that works.

You should try haveing them all use different litter boxes, because sometimes cats catch things from each other there, and if that's the case, the two that caught it later on might have theirs clear up. (Might, no promises...)

Well, we keep them all together, so it would kind of be hard to make sure each cat used the same box all the time-- when Jasmine and Streak are sick, they leave little spots in all of the boxes.

We have two cat litter boxes, and my cats tend to use one for each type of thing they need to do. We can seperate our cats pretty well, by moving the boxes from their regular spots to new ones, then showing the cats which one is theirs a few times. One of ours is even trained to use the toilet!
