The beginning of the war.

Aureus turned to his sister after a moment “Did you just kill someone?” Alicia looked at him “Oui, but it’s none of your business who.” Aureus shrugged “Women…” he whispered “And it’s quite easy to tell ma soeur, because you are covered in…” he sniffed the air “Another man? God, you never stop killing monsieur’s I almost feel sorry for Lord Crovat now…but you are drenched in his blood, you’d better change…or at least wash.” He smirked as Alicia stepped up to him “I just killed someone who ratted us out brother, so watch your tongue.” She snarled.
Aureus stared at her, as Kari turned “I shall get the clothes you wish for Alicia…just hand me the money to get it.” She smiled friendly. Alicia nodded and handed her the wad of cash “Something black, obviously, anything, as long as it isn’t revealing…” Kari nodded. Crovat smirked and wrapped his arms around her waist, licking the blood from her neck “Awww…shame mademoiselle, I like revealing…” Alicia smirked. Loki glanced at Georgina “You know…when this is all over….would you come to the states with me George?” Georgina turned to look at him. “Si…if you want me to come with you…” Loki nodded “Sure…why wouldn’t I?” Georgina shrugged.

Flwy looked at Kari and grabbed his guitar again, from over his shoulder. “I have this weird urge to write a song about the war…” he muttered. Kari smiled “I thought you could make it up as you go along?” she tilted her head. Flwy smiled at her, behind his red fringe “I can, I even have music ready for it, wanna hear?” Everyone nodded. Flwy pulled his voluminous plec from his glove and tuned his guitar quietly, before he picked gently at his strings, creating a tinkling, yet haunting sound. He closed his eyes and began singing softly;

The bell is tolling silently,
People fighting violently,
All the innocent live in fear,
All because the war is near!

Weapons firing everywhere,
No family is left to spare,
Your friends have disappeared too,
This is what the war can do.

Anger is the greatest seduction,
As it leads to our destruction,
Bodies strewn across the floor,
Crosses nailed on hunters doors.

Weapons firing everywhere,
No family is left to spare,
Your friends have disappeared too,
This is what the war can do.

Blood is lost from many places,
Cuts and bruises, broken faces,
All this loss will shed a tear,
All because the war is near.

Weapons firing everywhere,
Your family is no longer there,
Your friends have disappeared too,
This is what your war can do.

All alone locked in your room,
Your end will come about too soon,
All the ones that you held dear,
Are gone because this war is here!

Weapons firing everywhere,
Your family is no longer there,
Your friends have disappeared too,
This is what your war can do.

Weapons firing everywhere,
Your family is no longer there,
Your friends have disappeared too,
This is what your war can do.

Flwy finished and they stared at him gob smacked. “How did you come up with that so quickly?” Loki asked “That was pretty damned amazing!” Georgina smiled “It sounds like a prophecy…” Flwy nodded “I have this weird feeling, that whenever a subject hits me, I could write about it. It isn’t inspiration at all, it more or less…. Just comes to me.” He shouldered his guitar again, slipping his plec into his glove once more. Kari smiled. Aureus stared stonily ahead of them. “Spaniards…” he muttered. Georgina’s jaw dropped “Excuse me? You did not just say what I thought you said did you?” Loki took her hands “Come on George, breathe. He isn’t worth it.” Alicia stepped forwards and grabbed her brother’s arm “What are you doing brother? You shouldn’t offend allies. Keep them close.” Aureus shook his head “No…Alicia…there is a Spaniard near. I can smell his sangria.” Georgina stepped forwards. “If there is a Spaniard, then I shall speak to him! No other. Got it?” she barked. The others nodded “Okay.” She started walking quickly forwards, holding the black light ahead of them. Dwr watched her “It’s Martin,” he smirked. Georgina turned “Who?” Dwr raised an eyebrow. “I’m surprised at you Miss Hulohot. Did you not know you had a half brother?” Georgina blinked “I have a what?” she asked. Dwr smiled, clearly amused “You have a half brother. Your parents weren’t vampires no?” he asked. Georgina shook her head “No…they weren’t.” Dwr nodded, “your mother had a relationship after your father died. She got pregnant, but gave the baby back to his father, who was later turned into a vampire, and immediately turned his son. Therefore Martin has been a vampire longer than you have; he is about 600 years old, whereas you are 589 no?” Georgina nodded “How do you know this?” she asked. Dwr smirked “I remember turning you. That’s how I know.” Martin stepped into the glow of the black light. “I do not share your beautiful accent sister.” He bowed to her, clinging to his blue shirt. He wore a wooden cross around his neck, his blonde hair reaching his eyes, he had on a blue shirt over a black vest and a half smile, that matched Georgina’s his smile reached his soft brown eyes. “Hola Senorita.” He smirked. Georgina closed her eyes and leaned against the wall for support “I have a half-brother?” Dwr nodded. “Yes. You do.” Martin smiled at hr “You look just like mommi.” He whispered. Georgina stared at him.
“I…I have a brother?” she murmured, before she smiled and jumped into him, hugging him tightly. Martin smiled, then, once Georgina had let him go, he bowed to each of the vampires in turn, introducing himself. As soon as his eyes met Crovat’s he realised who he was “MY…my lord…” he fell to his knees. “My name is Martin El Puerrto, and I have lived, and died to serve you.” Crovat shook his head “On your feet son, you serve no one, unless need be.”
Georgina was still stunned that she still had family, and she smiled to herself. Loki hugged her “I’m happy for you.” He lied. He missed his family as much as he wanted to love Georgina. Martin stared at Alicia fondly “Well, you must be French, and you must be an Alucard.” He sighed. Alicia raised an eyebrow “Oui, and just how did you know that?” she asked, intrigued. Martin smiled “Because you are as beautiful as your mother. And as headstrong as your father.” Alicia blushed and stepped behind Crovat, who immediately fixed Martin with a glare. Martin turned and rolled his eyes “Damn, why does this guy have to have someone as beautiful as her?” He started walking briskly along the corridor once more. The others followed him, Alicia holding tightly onto Crovat. Georgina rushed to her brother, leaving Loki beside Kari and Flwy; she stared at her brother as she walked. “So…where do you come from amigo?” she asked curiously. Martin shrugged, and replied “The shadows, the same as you.” Georgina shook her head “Not what I meant. Where are you from? I am from Madrid. And you are…” Martin sighed “I’ve been in Majorca for a while, feeding on the tourists…” Georgina smirked “Any good ones?” Martin shook his head “Georgina…ma Bella senorita, what do you think? Most of them were unhealthy, and chucking back chips, and what not. Greasy fast foods, in the bloodstream? I’d rather streak into the sunlight.”
Georgina giggled “I now what you mean.” Dwr approached them “Martin? Do you still have that phone you robbed from the college girl?” Martin nodded. Dwr continued “Well, ring ‘The Imperial Bar’ in Glasgow, see if we can’t even out our guard of honour.” Martin whipped out the phone and dialled the number. “Hola? Martin El Puerrto. We have a situation.” He walked forwards Dwr smiled, linking arms with Georgina.
Martin returned shortly “Excellent! We have an accompaniment, its 34 vampires. Dwr, they have Pedro! Pedro and Coryn!” Dwr nodded “I guessed they might.” Crovat smiled at the puzzled look on Alicia’s face “Pedro and Coryn are I’d say the most violent vampires on this earth. They are like a double-team. He pins them down, and feeds on them, and then Coryn has her ‘way’ with them, as it were. She’ll pull their organs out, and use the organs against the other hunters. They are quite famous in Scotland, even though they are Welsh.” Alicia nodded in understanding “And I believed myself to be violent.” Crovat smiled and hugged her. Behind them, Loki made gagging noises.
Daemon smiled at Naomi as she lay against him. Naomi looked up at him; “You know Daemon…” she started. Daemon glanced at her “hmmm?” Naomi smiled to herself “I’m surprised you don’t have a girlfriend.” Daemon chuckled “Just waiting for the right girl, I suppose.” He replied, his insides pleading Naomi would love him back. Naomi smiled “Yeah, I’m still waiting on the right guy to ask me.” She hugged him again, and he wrapped his arms around her. “Less than ten minutes Miss Naomi.” He said, “Don’t get too comfortable.” Naomi shook her head “Too late.” A hunter approached them “Sir?” Daemon looked at her, she had short black hair, with bright pink tips “I’ve had word that we will be greeted by…a crowd…” Daemon sat up “A crowd of what?” he asked, knowing the answer before she gave it to him. “A….a crowd of Vampires…” she said, turning and walking to the back of the train with the other hunters. Daemon cursed, as Naomi stood and drew out a stake, tucking it into her belt, and staring out the window “Great news, it means I can take out more than just a few.” Daemon looked at her confused “Daemon? Have you ever heard of the clan of the lochs?” he shook his head “They are a clan of about 40 vampires that reside in Scotland, extremely powerful, and extremely gullible.” She smirked “It’s time for a smoke-and-mirrors approach to them.” She winked, and Daemon caught on. “You are evil.” He said, “I know” Naomi replied.
At The Imperial bar, Pedro sat, twisting an Ace of hearts in his hands “That was Martin, Coryn.” He smirked “We can have some fun. Grab your battle axe; we are going to the station.” Coryn smiled and wandered to the back of the room, returning with her battle-axe and also, another group of vampires “If Naomi is coming to Glasgow, I want in on this.” One said, she had long purple hair, and was wearing what appeared to be a red leotard under leather trousers. The others nodded in agreement. “Fine,” Pedro muttered darkly “But she is mine.” They nodded as he ran a lean finger along his cheek, to his shocking pink goatee, and then down to his eleven daggers. “Get the children ready, we’ll need a decoy soon.” The vampire with purple hair nodded and disappeared “See you at the station…” she hissed as she departed. Coryn smirked from behind her pale cheeks, as Pedro stood “Come…we must go…” they all nodded and left the bar, towards the station.

Alicia wandered onwards, drawn by curiosity to Martin. Crovat watched her closely, assured only half-heartedly by her promises that it was him she felt she loved, as she stepped away from him. Georgina spotted Alicia coming and turned and hissed to her, Alicia glared and mouthed “I’m not that kind of person George.” And then she motioned to Loki, who was walking alone. Georgina noticed and left her brother’s side, as Alicia resumed her place. “I’m sorry to buffet you with questions monsieur, but we still know null about you.” She shrugged. Martin turned to face her “And you never will…” he replied. “We’re here...”
They stopped and glanced upwards, the hissing of a train arriving at 3.a.m reached their ears. “Looks like we aren’t the only ones arriving…” said Dwr. Alicia nodded “I have to get this one…” suddenly a crashing sounded behind them, each of the eight vampires turned, to see the other vampires standing before them, Pedro stood in front “This bitch is mine!” he hissed. They nodded and vaulted through the drain, as Naomi and Daemon exited the train with their hunters.
